Hi, I’m Vitalie, and I’m building Timesheet Buddy.
It began as TSBuddy.com — a one-page site that generated a timesheet Excel file, because I was tired of recreating the same spreadsheet every month. People used it, so it grew into a proper tool for logging time from wherever you already work — Slack, your phone, your calendar — and turning that into the exact format your client or team needs.
I’m building it solo: no committees, no bureaucracy, no unnecessary layers. The problem is small, and I wanted a tool that stayed small too. So I’m making something focused, practical, and shaped by the people who use it. When an idea fits the direction of the product, I build it.
I say solo, but I’m not entirely on my own: my wife Ana handles much of the non-technical side and is my user’s-eye check — if a feature or a sentence doesn’t make sense to her, it won’t make sense to the people actually using the app.
